Please keep in mind that this is just a starting point. Some bows will shoot better with arrows spined differently than is listed here. Also for a Longbow, you might want to go with a lighter spined shaft as long bows tend to not be center shot, and the arrow must flex more to get around the bow when shot. The best way to find the right spine weight for your bow is to try different weight arrows, and see what works best for you.
